My family and I don't eat any other sausages now except for PORKY WHITES - no fat, no waste and so succulent! Thank you, thank you, for making the best 'original' sausages I've tasted since I was a child. I'm totally addicted and even my 12 year old who wouldn't eat sausages before absolutely loves them. I'd almost stopped buying sausages completely and was never satisfied with the sausages I did buy because they just didn't taste like sausages ought to - your 'originals' really do - please don't change the recipe, not even a little. Welcome to the family

It's been 75 years since my dad, Jim, and my Uncle Harry first opened a pork butchers farm shop in Ewell, Surrey and started selling their own sausages made from an old family recipe.

That's me with my Dad in the photo on our packs. I was already a dab hand at making sausages!

Today, Porky Whites is still an independent, family-run business. My daughter, Alix, has followed in my footsteps and Chris, our Managing Director, is very much an honorary 'White'.

As for our sausages, well, they're every bit as good as when dad used to make them. We've done a bit of tinkering and perfecting over the years, but the delicious, meaty, home-made taste still takes me back to when I was a child.

Every generation of my family loves tucking into a plate of Porky Whites - I hope your family will too.

'Originals'

Take a step back and enjoy the simple things in life. Porky White 'Originals' are based on the White's original family recipe from 1935. You can taste the traditional meatiness and quality in every bite. Made from finest British pork, 'Originals' are a lighter seasoned and porkier sausage – a true family favourite since the 1930s.

Surrey Sausages
