Dear sirs, I have been meaning for a long time to send you a note complimenting you on your Surrey pork sausages. My brother and I have been on a never ending quest for the perfect sausage. This hunt has taken us to many countries worldwide and have met with much disappointment. We feel that we have now found the Holy Grail in your porker. They have the right balance of seasoning and firmness that can only come from a dedicated lover and maker of sausages. Many companies have come on to the scene with promises of succulence but they do not even scratch the skin. I have recommended Porkies to many fans of the swag and everyone is as pleased as us. I am also a firm believer in not pricking ones sausage and to just rub them with a little oil and oven cook them for about twenty minutes, turning once or twice. Needless to say I shall be devouring a packet tonight complimented by creamy mash, swede and brussel sprouts. My jowls are quivering in anticipation. Well done you I feel the hunt is now over. Just tried your sausages tonight and found them most enjoyable.
Up until tonight I had been purchasing The Black Farmer brand but now I'm converted to your Porky Whites. In my opinion the humble sausage has been 'messed about' with too much these days, it’s difficult to find the plain old sausage they are too busy putting leeks, tomatoes, apples, etc..inside and it totally spoils the taste.
