I have just eaten my first brace of Porky Whites Surrey Sausages, bought from Sainsburys. Firstly, I have never heard of a Surrey Sausage before despite having lived here for many years and, secondly, I wish I had because they were absolutely delicious and second to none! So meaty, so juicy, so full of flavour and with virtually no fat left in the grill tray! Perfect. Why can't all sausages be made to this standard? Many thanks.
