Heather’s tangy tray bake
Cherry tomatoes to cover the bottom of your baking tray
2 x crushed cloves of garlic (or more if you fancy!)
2 x teaspoons of mixed herbs
Lay the cherry tomatoes at the bottom of your baking tray, sprinkle over the herbs and garlic. Place your Porky Whites on top and place in the centre of a preheated oven at 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4, for recommended cooking time (see back of pack).
Turn the sausages half way through cooking. The cherry tomatoes will cook down to delicious, sweet, tangy sauce. Serve with mash or couscous.
