Simply order any of our award-winning range and we will lovingly pack your order freshly made products into specially chilled boxes and express deliver them direct to your door.
I live in the UK but not mainland. Can I order?
Main land delivery only
All our online orders are sent in specially made chilled boxes and to be delivered on an express service to ensure absolute freshness of the products. This means that we are unable to service offshore locations such as the Isle of Man, The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland where such a speedy service is not available.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is £5.95 on all order under £50.00.
Orders over £50.00 there is nodelivery charge.
If I only want one or two packs, do I still need to pay standard shipping costs?
To keep your order as fresh as it was made, we send your delivery in special boxes which are insulated and chilled and sent on an express courier service. This service method of delivery is the same for one, two or dozens of packs.
How long will I have to wait to receive my online order?
Place your order before 9.30am Monday to Thursday to receive your order the very next day. Orders placed between Thursday 9.35am and Monday 9.30am will be delivered on Tuesdays. (Excluding Bank Holidays) Please call the office on 01483 727000 if you have any questions.

For online sales only - As of 10th May 2021 all trayed sausages will have a new protective cardboard sleeve instead of retail sleeve, the new sleeve is designed to offer extra protection to the product and film whilst in transit to you, the product has not changed. The sleeve can be recycled at most recycling centres.
Does my online order need to be signed for?
No. You will receive a notification from our courier service updating you on the delivery status of your order. If you are unable to sign for the package, you can request the courier to leave in a safe place. Please be mindful of the need to protect the package from exceptional heat and sunlight.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a notification from our courier service updating you on the delivery status of your order as well as a number to track your order on their website.
I have not received my order, there is an item missing or the product arrived damaged
