Known for our top-quality products and entrepreneurial spirit, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Revenue and Payments Administrator to support our finance function as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing supplier invoices and matching them with goods received in Xero
- Reconciling supplier accounts and preparing timely payments
- Allocating and reconciling customer payments with remittance advice
- Managing overdue invoices and following up where necessary
- Overseeing daily banking and maintaining our invoice financing facility
- Assisting with cashflow tracking and month-end close
- Providing accurate financial reports to the Managing Director
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting software)
- Strong Excel and Office 365 skills
- Familiarity with invoice finance/factoring (desirable)
- Experience with Unleashed or similar stock/inventory systems (ideal)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Confident communicator with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
