Head of Marketing Paul Van Wymeersch joined Nell Op De Beeck on Radio Woking to talk all things Porky Whites...while dressed as a hot dog!

During the one our local business spotlight session, the two talked about how Porky Whites has been a true family business for the past 90+ years and how this is now continuing with the newest family recruit starting her own butchers counter in Squires! They spoke about the business journey from humble local butcher in Epsom and Ewell, to having a unit in Woking and supplying most large British supermarkets with their award winning Porky White Sausages and the wider formed meat range.

The two also got into a deeper discussion about the difference between premium and normal sausages, how we  develop flavour, the impact that cost of living has on the business as well as the business changes. We're on a mission to stop Porky Whites being Woking's best kept secret, and why Mr Sausage has become an important part of that story!
