Behold: a creamy, dreamy cheese fondue made with Freshways whole milk, served in a golden Yorkshire pudding bowl, and paired with our Succulent Hog Roast & Apple pigs in blankets. Perfect for sharing… or not!
1. Warm the milk: Heat the milk gently in a saucepan over low–medium heat until steaming (don’t boil).
2. Thicken: Whisk in the cornflour until smooth and slightly thickened.
3. Melt the cheese: Turn the heat down a little and add the cheddar a handful at a time, stirring until fully melted and glossy.
4. Season: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
5. Add the wine last: Pour in the white wine gradually, stirring continuously, then warm through gently (don’t boil).
6. Serve: Pour the fondue into a Yorkshire pudding and dunk with your favourite Porky Whites sausages.
