The perfect pizza pie with a cheesy crust doesn't exist...yes, yes, yes it does and this is a must to try!
Check out this super simple, but super delicious pizza pie (created by Rebecca Fanthorpe) packs a real dinner punch thanks to the ooziness of cheese and the kick of spice from our Nduja-Inspired Porky Whites sausages. ENJOY!
- Skin the sausages and fry them off.
- Add the bolognaise sauce and heat through.
- Meanwhile pop your dough into a cake tin and edge with the cheese strings for that stuffed crust we all love!
- Part bake for 10 minutes then add the sausage mix and top with cheese (and a sprinkle of basil if you like it)
- Put back in the oven till cooked (about 10 minutes)
