Porky Whites were privileged to welcome 2023 MasterChef Quarter Finalist and self-confessed Porky Whites fan Thuy Hoang to our Woking HQ!

During the visit Thuy sat down with Fran to talk food, local provenience and what makes Porky Whites sausages so good.

Thuy also came prepared treating the Porky Whites team to a sensational Bánh Mi (a classic Vietnamese street food sandwich) using Porky Whites Turmeric & Coconut sausages, Porky Whites Farmhouse Herb and UKSW's Supreme Sausage Champion, the Surrey.

Safe to say that Thuy's new creation made a huge impact on all of us and we might not look at another sausage sandwich again!
