Designed in collaboration with Plumpton College, with Plumpton Estate pork, manufactured by Porky Whites and sold at One Garden Brighton - a restored walled garden and horticultural campus in the heart of Stanmer Park - the Plumpton Sausage brings together education, farming and local food production.
Made from 100% British pork raised at the award-winning Lambert Farm in the heart of the glorious Sussex South Downs, the sausage is filled into natural hog casings. Run by Plumpton College, Lambert Farm is a commercially operating farm and a working learning environment, with animal welfare at its heart, where students gain valuable, practical experience in animal husbandry, welfare and sustainable food production.
Honest, hearty and full of flavour, the Plumpton Sausage is available to buy directly from the Market at One Garden Brighton - a busy and vibrant space showcasing the very best local produce and everyday essentials, including products made and grown by students and staff at Plumpton College.
