- Grill your burgers and sausage swirls checking that the juices run clear
- Pick your toppings and create your perfect double stack!
Optional - use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature of the meat. Sausages and for burgers should be a minimum of 160°F.
For the burger build I used:
- Brioche buns
- Garlic mayo
- Rocket
- Roasted red peppers
- Beef patty
- Sausage swirl
- BBQ rub
- Spicy cheese
- Ajvar pepper relish
