Porky Poppers with Hot Mayo Dip

A crispy, juicy bite-sized snack made from Porky Whites sausages, coated in crushed cornflakes and served with a fiery mayo dip. Perfect for parties, picnics, or campervan nibbles. This recipe was created by the good people at Vanlife Eats!

Method

1. Remove the skins from the sausages and cut each one into 3 or 4 chunks. Roll each chunk into a ball.
2. Dip each ball into beaten egg, then roll in crushed cornflakes to coat.
3. Place in an air fryer at 200°C for 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
4. Mix mayonnaise with Cholula hot sauce to make the dip. Sprinkle with parsley if using.
5. Serve the hot Porky Poppers with the spicy mayo on the side.
