Porky Whites, a Surrey-based sausage manufacturer has been crowned UK Supreme Sausage Champion for its Signature Surrey Pork Sausages. Francesca (Fran) Wyatt – Managing Director of Porky Whites commented;

“To win Sausage Weeks UK Supreme Sausage Champion for our Surrey Sausage is incredible. This award – as well as the Best Pork Sausage title - tops off an amazing year for the business which has seen continued growth despite challenging market factors. Speaking about her background and journey Fran said,

The UK meat sector has traditionally been an all-male affair, but winning these two awards are hugely motivating for me and I’m determined to use them to mentor the next generation of women in meat and to champion the female entrepreneur.”
