About Epsom & Ewell FC
Founded in 1918, Epsom & Ewell F.C. has enjoyed more than a century in non-league football, winning multiple Surrey honours, reaching the First Round Proper of the FA Cup in 1933/34 and appearing in the inaugural FA Vase Final at Wembley in 1975. The club adopted its current name in 1960 and has since competed across several leagues, including the Isthmian and Combined Counties. Recent years have brought promotion back to the Combined Counties League in 2023 and Southern Combination Cup success in 2024/25, with the club playing at their Chalky Lane, Chessington ground.
“Family is at the heart of our business and we’re proud to be able to bring people together through good food. Having become a household name in Epsom and Ewell thanks to our two butcher’s shops, it made perfect sense to reconnect with our roots and give back through the football club.”
Paul Van Wymeersch, Head of Marketing
About Woking Vets FC
Founded in 2018, WokingVets FC began as a group of friends looking to extend their playing days and has since grown rapidly into a thriving multi-team club. Starting in the Farnham & District League, the club expanded year-on-year despiteCovid-19 disruptions, adding both Sunday veterans and Saturday non-veterans sides across local leagues. Success soon followed, with multiple promotions, league titles and cup victories including a treble-winning campaign for theSunday Vets First Team in 2022/23. Now fielding eight teams and backed by strong sponsorship, the club continues to build on its impressive early achievements.
“Following the successful partnership with Sheerwater FC, we’re excited to be supporting another grassroots community focused team in Woking Vets FC. What Lee Cooke (Chair/Manager) and his staff are doing is for the love of the game and bringing people together – something we feel resonates with our family and the Porky Whites brand.”
Paul Van Wymeersch, Head of Marketing
These new partnerships represent another significant step in Porky Whites reconnection and commitment to our community roots. We love local and are committed to supporting our communities in the best ways possible – good food for good causes.
