Cream Cheese Stuffed Pepper Sausage Bombs

Method

- Start with some good quality sausage meat and add some mixed dried herbs, black pepper and salt and then mix in well and roll into balls around 80g each in weight.
- Flatten out the ball into a disc shape and add one cream cheese stuffed pepper.
- Now wrap back into a ball shape using some cling film if that helps!
- Now unwrap the cling film from the sausage meat and wrap with streaky bacon.
- Now smoke on the grill at around 150c for around an hour or so and until the sausage meat is cooked through and the bacon has a nice colour.
- For the last 10 minutes brush on a mixture of BBQ sauce and a small amount of balsamic vinegar.

Slice open and enjoy!

- Streaky bacon
