Your Porky Lights sausages tick all the boxes. They’re low in calories and low in fat but deliciously meaty and go so well with the smoked paprika – it’s a perfect combination!
To make my Smoked Paprika Sausage Casserole you’ll need:
Then just brown the sausages in an ovenproof pan or casserole dish. Simply add in all the other ingredients and pop into the oven at 180ºC for 1½ hours. It’s as easy as that – and so tasty!”
