Based on a classic Cumberland-style recipe, these Porky Lights are made from prime cuts of hand trimmed British Red Tractor certified pork. They’re also gluten-free, contain over 18g of protein per 100g and come in at 50% less fat than their equivalent Porky Whites sausage making them an altogether lighter but flavour packed choice! Whether you’re serving up as part of a lighter breakfast of poached eggs and toast, sliced into a salad wrap for lunch or guilt free grilling on the barbecue, at 50% less fat than their equivalent Porky Whites sausage, you can have more of what you love.

British Pork (75%), Water, Gluten-Free Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Salt, Dextrose), Seasoning [Salt, Potato Starch, Spices, Herbs, Stabiliser (Pentasodium Triphosphate), Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE), Yeast Extract].

Made using British Red Tractor Pork and filled Into A Beef Collagen Casing.
